  This is a Verizon authorized dealer but not s Verizon store. If I had known that in advance I wouldn't have stopped. I needed a screen protector for my phone. I couldn't buy it until I provided my name and address. If I had been there alone, I would have walked out. The person I was with thought I was being "dramatic." Too much identify theft going on to give out my name and address to make a purchase for a screen protector.

  Sam went really out of her way to help me. She made sure that my account is up to date and that I’m not overspending, and helped me get my new phone all set up. She genuinely wanted to help me in every way possible. I’ll definitely be back to see her!
