  I am so upset. I came to this store in hope they were goin to help my mom & I out better since I noticed there's Hispanics working there and my mom only speaks Spanish. But when I went in there the girl wasn't able to help me out with my account I had to call 611 and after I called 611 I went in there to ask a simple question about my iPhone, the store MANAGER NAME CARLOS was very rude to me and wasn't even to help me out with a screw up that he's own team mates had made. I had ask him how much it would cost to pay off my iPhone and he said $600 something so I asked him can I pay it off in two payments and he said no. So I said why not? One of your coworkers at the metro pcs store (who works for t-mobile) told me that I CAN pay $400 now and then the rest later. But Carlos told me no and that he's not able to help me out. While he was telling that he was so nasty about it. I was so shocked to find out that the store manager treated me that way. I'm going to pay off my phone and once I do that I'm going switch to another company. I do NOT recommend t-mobile to no one for now on.
