  Worst customer service for a phone repair that you have ever seen. You order a screen for my Galaxy S8+ and say it will be 3-5 days to get it, but it comes in, in 2 days, and call me at 12pm saying you can only hold it till 1pm on the 2nd day, and say that if you get another phone that comes in for repair that needs the screen, your gonna use it. WHAT?!?! Was told they could only hold it one business day, but if I come in the next day, only 1 business day later, well we wish me the best of luck that I get there when u want me to get there, not when I can get there. Don't go to this store if u want terrible customer service. Called another Sprint repair center close by, and told them same story, and they told me they don't know why they would do something like that. Because they pretend to care, but really don't

  ***STEER CLEAR **** Go to other locations the customer service is absolutely horrible! They have kids who only care about their own personal conversations. Salesperson do not what to admit their wrong when they make a mistake! We were here for more than 2 hours because of an error the salesperson made all to just get a new phone!! And there were no apologies for the wait instead they insisted we leave and then comeback!!!!?!! I am a very patient person and I am young myself but this was unacceptable! Going to have to go to sprint AGAIN because of errors made at this location!!!

  The staff was very helpful and made extra effort to help my disabled mom. I highly recommend this store. The manager runs a good customer oriented experience.
