  service was horrible cost almost $7,000 installer only checked attic and outside almost forgot to patch a hole in the kitchen never looked in the bathrooms or other bedrooms for our rats that we have in our house I asked about problems if the rats get trapped in the house and they claimed don't worry I won't have any problems I'll be in the walls while they have chewed through our counter four times now they have ruined our couch or carpet our recliner I have three children ages ten two and one along with a dog they have come out once since the repair which was 2 days after put 2 glue traps patched up another hole however a night after the rat drilled two more holes into our cabinets I tried to call to get them out again and now they're booked for 2 and 1/2 Weeks my husband goes down to the office and spoke with gm and they claim they will call and have this resolved within 3 days however no call yet would never recommend this place how can somebody cost this much money and can't get rid of an issue like this. They're so quick to get them money and get installation done but when you need them to come back out for further issues that they couldn't resolve the first place they're booked

  Phillip came out and did a full inspection on our home today, was very pleased with him and how professional he was. He answered all my questions and explained all of his recommended services to me. We plan to go with these guys with our new home. Good job!
