  This store has honestly seen staff come and go so much I'm surprised they even stay open with the way their sales figures must shift. Hell, within 2 years of opening they had laid off their only full timer, with the highest sales in the building, simply bc he didn't do well when their DM grilled him harder than any real customer EVER would in a bid to make him quit. He didn't and so after one month back after a back surgery, he was fired with the excuse that he didn't look customers in the eyes enough. The current staff knows a lot about Bose but they are just salespeople and aren't very knowledgeable on anything other than Bose, if you ask them how their product compared to another "popular" brand they will have NO CLUE, focusing on only their product when another brand is brought up versus how theirs differs from others the way a true home audio store should. The products are the same price as other retail stores as Bose holds the other retail stores to an agreement that if they sell their products for less than the Bose stores then they will no longer ship them Bose product to sale, thus skirting around the price fixing objection, bc any retailer can sell a Bose product for less, they just won't get anymore to sell in the future. You can save some money at this "outlet" factory store by buying "factory renewed" product, which is product that was opened, possibly broken and returned to the stores... it was then fixed and repackaged with a "FR" sticker on it and is usually marked down about 10% off the regular retail price. That is all, for a potentially previously damaged or broken product, but it does have a full warranty on it, which it better if it may have been broken at one time. The best way to save is to look out for their very common sales. Systems will go on sale around 4 to 6 times per year and always during the holidays... other products go on sale much more frequently, so don't fall for the old "better get it now, bc it may not be on sale again for a long time!" Also keep an eye out for additional 10% off FR products, that brings your savings up to 20% off the new price and with a system that is a great deal, but if you plan on buying an FR system, better be there the DAY the extra 10% off FR starts or it may not be there... really, its happened to me before. All products have a full 30 day satisfaction guarantee, so feel safe with your purchase, just keep all your boxes and manuals, you WILL need them to return product. However, if you are shopping around, do so, bc there are many GREAT home audio alternatives very competitively priced out there that sound just as good or better than Bose, but for simplicity Bose wins hands down, however that can take some of the custom ability that audio fans like. However, for your everyday person who wants good sound and easy use then Bose is it.
